# System Requirements

#### **Windows**

- Intel or AMD Quad Core or above CPU
- 16GB RAM
- Onboard GPU or dedicated GPU 
    - If using more than 1 external display, a dedicated GPU is recommended
- Some sort of audio output such as:  
    
    - Dedicated audio interface
    - USB Digital to Audio Converter
    - Onboard audio output (e.g. 3.5mm headphone out, line out etc) 
        - NOTE: A large number of desktop and laptop computers do not ground their onboard audio outputs properly. This creates a 'humming' noise through the audio cable. So if you choose to use the onboard headphone jack / line out jack to go into your audio mixer, and you get a humming noise, this is why.
